pH Drop™ :: Falling Into Balance

Most tap water used in home or nursery gardens has a neutral pH of about 7.  Regular watering is essential to any garden; in regions where water’s pH is higher than average, the addition of fertilizer or other growth aids can raise pH to unsuitable levels for proper plant nutrition.

Research shows that a pH level of near 6 is optimum for most fertilizers and plants.  Nutrients become more available to the plants with an optimum pH, which means better overall growth and stamina.
